【Notice of Apology and Correction Concerning a Printing Error on the City-Designated Garbage Bags】

To All Citizens,

It has come to our attention that there was an error in the English labeling on the designated burnable garbage bags for the Fiscal Year of 2025 sold by the city of Sennan.

1．Details of the Labeling Error (printed at the bottom center of the garbage bag)

・ 30-Liter Burnable Garbage Bag：

  【Incorrect】Inner capacity（45liter）【Correct】Inner capacity（30liter）

・ 20-Liter Burnable Garbage Bag：

  【Incorrect】Inner capacity（45liter）【Correct】Inner capacity（20liter）

・ 10-Liter Burnable Garbage Bag：

  【Incorrect】Inner capacity（45liter）【Correct】Inner capacity（10liter）

2. Regarding its Continued Use (Future Measures)

Although there was an error in the labeling, there is no particular issue with the functionality of the garbage bags, therefore these may continue to be used as usual. There is no need to return or exchange them. The city of Sennan will take extra care in its confirmation procedures during production to prevent any similar errors from occurring again. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

泉南市が販売している令和7年度作成分の指定可燃ごみ袋において、英語表記に誤りがあることが判明いたしました。お詫び申し上げます。

1．誤表記の内容について（内袋の下段中央に記載）

・可燃ごみ専用袋30リットル ：【誤】Inner capacity（45liter）【正】Inner capacity（30liter）

・可燃ごみ専用袋20リットル ：【誤】Inner capacity（45liter）【正】Inner capacity（20liter）

・可燃ごみ専用袋10リットル ：【誤】Inner capacity（45liter）【正】Inner capacity（10liter）

2．今後のご使用についてと対応

表記に誤りがありますが、ごみ袋としての機能に問題はなく、これまで通りご使用いただけます。交換の必要はございません。今後、このような事態が再発しないよう、作成時の確認を徹底してまいります。何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
